The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and the other with two beds, a second bathroom with a bathtub, a living-dining room with a kitchen and a large terrace, with views of the Ajaches Natural Park. where the fabulous Papagayo beaches are located.

The urbanization, with its typical Lanzarote houses, has a quiet community pool, with views of the sea and Las Coloradas beach, and stands out for its good location, since within walking distance we find a supermarket, the bus stop, and the Playa Blanca promenade, which joins the Playas del Papagayo (considered the best in Lanzarote) with the Pechiguera Lighthouse, and through which after a pleasant walk of about 15 minutes you reach the port of Marina Rubicón (with its numerous restaurants).

If you come by car you can park without problems around the complex.
