Four-bedroom apartment completely design, with a beautiful attic room recently renovated and re-decorated, you can enjoy one of the best areas of central Madrid. Two bedrooms with 1.35 cm beds, another with a 0.90 cm bed and exterior balcony and the loft room with a 1.50 cm queen bed. You will have a totally comfortable and comfortable stay. All beds have a pack of sheets so you don't have to worry about a thing.

It consists of a comfortable sofa, carpet, coffee tables and air conditioning and a very bright balcony overlooking the street. The bathroom will have a towel pack for each guest: large, medium and foot towels.

Once the reservation is made and before arrival we will need you to check in online, which is nothing more than the registration of your data for the established control that we must carry out.



Access to the apartment works with an automated system that is activated with your mobile phone, so it is important to have a phone with internet, at least for check-in. Inside the apartment you will have a set of keys for the stay.



IMPORTANT: Only one set of keys is left in the apartment for the stay, due to security policies. The opening system with the link will also remain valid throughout the stay, so you can use both the keys and the opening link.



The neighborhood is emblematic of Madrid, very close you have two metro stations: Delicias and Palos de la Frontera, if you want to walk downtown you have only 5 minutes.



Nearby you will find Atocha, the Reina Sofia museum and the El Retiro Park, you will have an incredible experience.
