This penthouse apartment is a real eye catcher with its views of the Mediterranean that can be appreciated from its upper terrace, to enjoy those dreamy nights that the Costa del Sol gives us. With 2 bedrooms, 1 of them en suite with tv and the secondary bedroom with 1 double bed. Situated only 2 blocks from La Cala Beach and the most exclusive area of restaurants and tourist attractions of La Cala de Mijas. Family atmosphere.

Overlooking the sea and the typical and flowery Andalusian passages, which allow you to enjoy the traditional beauties of the village. The direct sunlight floods every corner of the house with warm, natural light. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable and stylishly decorated living room, TV and very comfortable sofa.



It has two balcony terraces, and a large upper terrace fully furnished to enjoy the outdoors and the sea views that can be seen from there. It has a barbecue.

In Andalusia, it is compulsory to register the entry of all guests of tourist accommodation, according to the Organic Law for the Protection of Citizen Security of 30 March 2015. For this reason, once your booking has been confirmed, we will send you a link to complete the personal details of each guest and return it signed. We will then forward it to the corresponding body (in this case, the Guardia Civil de Mijas).
