Our Gracia Village apartment is the ideal place for a family holiday in Barcelona.

The Gracia neighborhood, once an independent village, retains its narrow streets and sunny squares—perfect spots to enjoy a nice lunch or drinks with friends.

The apartment is located on the second floor of a building with an elevator. One of its highlights is a charming terrace where you can enjoy summer evenings or have a coffee while reading a book.

The dining room is spacious and bright, featuring a large table for your dinners, two sofas, and a flat-screen TV.

The practical, fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and dishwasher. Nearby, you'll also find a washing machine and a dryer.

The apartment has 4 bedrooms:

One bright bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink

A second double bedroom, quiet and warmly decorated for relaxation

A third bedroom with two single beds, ideal for children

A fourth bedroom with bunk beds; the lower bed converts into a double, allowing space for one additional person—ideal for a child, making a total capacity of 9

The second bathroom has a bathtub, perfect for relaxing after a day in the city.

It is located just steps from Travessera de Gràcia, a lively street with a variety of shops and bars. Less than 10 minutes away is the Sagrada Familia, Gaudí’s architectural masterpiece. Nearby, you'll also find Plaça de la Vila de Gràcia with its iconic Clock Tower, also known as the Campanar de Gràcia.

House Rules:

Groups under 25 years old are not allowed

Please respect the neighborhood’s tranquility

Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment (penalty from €50 to €250)

This accommodation is equipped with a Roomonitor noise detector. It does not record conversations, only measures decibel levels. Any attempt to disconnect it or excessive noise may result in a fine between €50 and €250

Pets under 10 kg are allowed upon request (€20 additional fee)

Bath towels may not be used at the beach. Otherwise, a €12 fee per towel will be charged

Check-in and Requirements:

Regular check-in between 14:00 and 20:00

After 20:00: €30 surcharge

After midnight: €50 surcharge

After 01:00 AM: €10 extra per additional hour

Check-in on Sundays and public holidays: €30 surcharge

According to local regulations, we are required to verify each traveler's passport or identity card information.

Barcelona tourist tax not included: €6.25 per night, per person over the age of 16, for up to 7 nights. This amount will be collected upon arrival. Please note that the city tax is subject to change twice a year and may increase.
