The apartment is located right in the natural surroundings of the Villaviciosa Estuary Biosphere Reserve, within the Cider Region (Comarca de la Sidra).

It is an ideal place to rest and explore Eastern Asturias, with a wide range of beautiful beaches, excellent gastronomy, active tourism, and the proximity of the imposing Picos de Europa.
