La Latina is a lively neighbourhood located on the site of a medieval Islamic fortress, a labyrinth of narrow streets with numerous tapas bars and taverns. The Royal Basilica of San Francisco el Grande, with works by Goya, and the church of San Pedro el Viejo, which has a Mudéjar tower, are two of the neighbourhood's landmarks. On Sundays, both El Rastro market and cafés and food stalls are filled with visitors. Steeped in culture and history, the Madrid of the Habsburgs is the oldest and most traditional neighbourhood in the city.

Although the apartment is located in a vibrant area, full of services, bars, restaurants and theatres, it enjoys a calm and quiet atmosphere thanks to being located in the inner part of the building and its good insulation.

The Apartment:

An unbeatable choice to enjoy Madrid. Bright and spacious, cosy and impeccably decorated, this magnificent apartment in the Madrid of the Habsburgs invites you to stay as soon as you enter.

The apartment is located on the second floor of a residential building. The building has a ramp to access the entrance hall, lift and concierge.

The apartment has three bedrooms and a full bathroom with shower and a toilet. Two of the three bedrooms have a double bed and the third bedroom has 2 single beds, in addition to the comfortable double sofa bed in the living room.



The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary, washing machine and oven among other appliances.

The cot is subject to availability. Please advise a maximum of 5 days in advance.

Central heating hours (only during winter November-May) from 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.



Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.

The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.



Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. MIT House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment for not having carried out said prior process.



Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard.
