Sunrise 1 and Sunrise 2 are two semi-detached villas with a modern and luxurious feel. Divided in two floors, the main floor of each house features an open plan kitchen equipped with all mod cons and a beautifully decorated living room with wide glass windows that give access to an al-fresco dining area, terrace and the pool. In the same floor, we will also find a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and an ample master bedroom, which also has fitted wardrobes, an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and a sliding door to outdoor seating and pool area. In Sunrise 2, the master bedroom also has an impressive panoramic window to the Ajaches mountains. A shared bathroom in the hallway, equipped with a walk-in shower, completes the upstairs layout.

The lower level of the villas is accessible through stairs conveniently located in each pool area, from which we enter a self-contained apartment with kitchen, bathroom and a spacious bedroom with two single beds, facing a beautiful underground garden.

The ample terraces of Sunrise 1 & 2 are presided by their respective private swimming pools of 8 metres long and 4 metres wide, with a depth of 1,60, but with a shallower platform of 2 square metres that will not only enable suntanning on top of the water, but also as an area for parents to play with the smaller children. Each pool has a pool cover and is heated via aerothermia during the winter months. The large outdoor dining-table in each terrace can comfortably host up to 8 guests, and is located under a pergola attached to the houses. Also in each terrace, we will find an outdoor sofa and seating area, as well as modern sunbeds where you will enjoy many hours of Lanzarote sun. An oasis of peace surrounded by a luscious garden, and the perfect spot to enjoy your holiday in our beautiful island.

The house is located in a quiet residential area, just a 15-20 minute walk from the town centre of Playa Blanca, which is full of restaurants, bars and shops. The closest beach is Playa Dorada, also a 15 minute walk away. A taxi back from the town centre will be less than 5€ and a few minute drive.
