The apartment of 170m2 is in a privileged location 150m from the beach, 1km from the bus station and 30min from the Airport of Girona. It is located on the second floor with 3 terraces from where you will have beautiful views of the quiet street. The five bedrooms have two double beds and five single beds, in addition to the sofa bed for an additional guest. There are two bathrooms with a shower, fully equipped kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, air-conditioning, winter heating, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, sheets and towels included and a public parking in the surrounding area. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free apartment. At the entrance you will be asked for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and the documentation. We don't accept groups under 30 years. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.
