The completely renovated holiday apartment is 40 meters from the beach, in the center of Estepona, with 23 kilometers of beaches and a 2.5 kilometer promenade fully enabled for walks and enjoying the magnificent temperature that exists throughout the year. On this promenade, on the Rada beach, a spacious sandy beach, we find the apartment with a garage space. If you do not want to take the car, in the surroundings of the house we have restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy and other services. Sit in a beach bar on the promenade to taste the typical food of the area and if you have children, watch them enjoy themselves in the playground installed 50 meters from the house. Estepona, despite being a modern city, retains in its historic center the typical aspect of the Andalusian town, with pedestrian streets, adorned with pots with flowers of different colors and houses decorated with pots.
