Apartment of 90m2 in a quiet urbanization close to all services and 20min walk from Sant Pol beach, 8km from Playa de Aro and 33km from Girona's Airport. It is located on the first floor and has two private terraces with outdoor furniture and a communal pool open all year round with a large garden area. The three bedrooms have two double beds and two single beds. There are two full bathrooms, equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee maker, air conditioning, winter heating, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, parking nearby and sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free apartment. At the check in you will be asked for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and the documentation. We don't accept groups under 30 years. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.
