The proximity to the center of Denia, to the different marinas such as the Club Nautic and La Marina de Denia, guarantee quite sophisticated places with restaurants, bars, beach clubs and nightlife. The center of Denia and various shops are a 5-minute walk away. 2 large supermarkets are almost right next to the residential complex. In San Juan Denia you will find peace and relaxation and you can spend a relaxing holiday in a luxurious environment, both in summer and winter. The house has been tastefully furnished by an interior designer and offers all the necessary comfort. This property can only be rented to non-smokers and customers who are at least 26 years old. A small dog maybe could be welcome on request and extra permission. Other animals unfortunately cannot be guests.
