The house Arcos is a spectacular and modern beachfront house on the beach - Playa Cristal. Its location is ideal near restaurants with direct access to the seafront promenade, due to this it has incredible sea views.



The house is modern and high-end with excellent high-quality decoration, it is fully air-conditioned. On the ground floor we have a large living room, a full bathroom and a fully equipped independent kitchen. On the first floor there are three double bedrooms (one with a 150x200 bed and two others with individual 90x200 beds) and two full bathrooms. From two of the bedrooms and terrace it has perfect views of the entire Crystal Beach.

The residents' community is peaceful and family-oriented, therefore it is an essential condition to scrupulously respect community regulations and under no circumstances will groups of young people be accepted.



Barbecue is not allowed in this house

The famous beach - Playa Cristal, is located in front of the house. Unlike other beaches on the Costa Dorada, at Playa Cristal you will never experience the feeling that the beach is crowded, even during high season. It is a very wide and pleasant beach with all kinds of activities. Here you will find areas for children: small playgrounds. They are very well maintained and there are several different areas for different ages. In addition, Playa Cristal has a beautiful promenade with restaurants, bars and beach bars, all with terraces, where you can have a drink, taste delicious typical Mediterranean cuisine with spectacular views of the Mediterranean. The promenade connects with the beaches and the port of L'Hospitalet del Infant where you can enjoy water and sports activities, visit the market on Sundays, and it is also a place with many excellent restaurants and bars.



COMMON AREAS.- The use of common areas (swimming pool, garden, accesses, passageways, parking areas, ...) shall be subject to the Community regulations and limitations established by the authorities. Arenda is not responsible for such limitations.



In the interest of proper coexistence, the hours designated for rest shall be respected. Between 15:00-18:00 and 22:00-10:00, noise and shouting will be avoided, the volume of television sets or music players or similar devices will be limited, and, in general, any activity that disturbs or disrupts other neighbours will be prohibited. The noise limitation makes express reference to the Acoustic Limitation Law of Miami Platja. For not respecting this law, the agency has the right to not return the deposit.



Pay attention:



It is mandatory to pay the tourist tax and final cleaning.

As it is a family tourism area, bookings for groups of young people are not accepted.

It is mandatory to do online check-in before arrival (Royal Decree 933/2021).
