The terrace and pool has been refurbished 2021 and a new bedroom added.



The Bahia de Banus villa has a very modern, open and cool feel but yet is still inviting. Perhaps due to the wonderfully large, dark framed windows that draw you in. The dining area, by the open staircase, is an example with an inviting view of the pool.



Flowing through to the left is the kitchen area, with a kitchen bar top for breakfast. The kitchen has both a Nespresso pods machine and a traditional filter coffee machine. From the kitchen there is the spacious living room that opens onto the garden/pool. The master bedroom is also located downstairs with outside access. It also has quite a dramatic en-suite bathroom.



The other three bedrooms are upstairs. There is a room with a king size bed, a room with two singles together and one twin room. Two bedrooms share an en-suite bathroom whilst the other has it's own en-suite bathroom



The private garden has outdoor dining with optional shade, some sun beds, gas BBQ and of course the wonderful private pool. There is also access from the private garden to the community gardens of Bahia de Banus and the 2 pools.



We always provide complimentary beach towels for your convenience.



The property is located in a no party urbanisation. There is to be no late night noise nor any anti-social / disruptive behaviour.

La Bahia de Banus is located just 15 min walk west of Puerto Banus along the beach. The luxury development has two large swimming pools and has been designed using exotic Asian influences. The gardens of Bahia de Banus contain exotic plants and a Thai style ornamental pond with seating area. There is a fully equipped gym with sauna and steam room.



Within the tranquillity of La Bahia de Banus you can truly relax whilst still have Puerto Banus at your doorstep. Along the beach in both directions there are plenty of beach restaurants and bars.
