It is a neighbourhood in complete development with an impressive commercial offering and life in which tradition and modernity are mixed. Opposite is the well-known Maravillas market, one of the largest food markets in Europe where the city's best chefs can be found buying their products. This apartment is located on the first floor of the building, with a built area of 40 m², with the perfect capacity for 4 people.

It has a beautiful bedroom, with a very comfortable double bed, a cosy living room with a double sofa bed, a modern and fully equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom with an en-suite shower.

The apartment has a microwave with grill functionality.

The flat has air conditioning for cold/heat in all rooms.

Any extra equipment such as a cot or high chair for babies is subject to availability. The guest must contact Mit House for prior confirmation.
