-The Location-

Set in the modern style resort building of only few apartments with picturesque panoramic views to the mountains on one side and to the Mediterranean Sea and the coastline of Fuengirola especially fascinating at night, this spacious 2 bedroom duplex penthouse could not be set better: there is 3 min walk to the nearest Viborilla beach with its local famous Trocadero and Viborilla restaurants with typical local food, always full of people. However, if 3 minutes walk seems to be long enough, there is another Teppanyaki Asian restaurant just at the bottom of our building. Innumerable number of various restaurants, bars and night clubs are set along the beacj whichever direction you choose to go.

Mercadona supermarket is another 3-5 minutes walk from the apartment and a small commercial center is just 3 minutes away.

Walk on the boardwalk about 20 minutes or drive 5 minutes to the famous Puerto Marina with the yachts, restaurants, bars, Sea Life underwater zoo and houses on water. From there you can also hire a boat or take an organised tour to the bay of Benalmadena and enjoy sun, sea and the coastal views.

There is a lot to do for kids: go to Sea Life park or to Benalamdena City Park or to Tivoli world amusement park or go to the biggest Water Park on the Coast in Torremolinos (15 min drive) or to the Crocodile Park or use train from Fuengirola to go to and open a day in Malaga. Airport is very close too, 25 min drive.

Set on second floor, it consists of open kitchen with all necessary kitchen appliances, a cozy living room with a dining set for 6 and TV set and two bedrooms, One bedroom is equipped with two separate beds and the other one has a double bed. There are two bathrooms, one is en-suite. The master bedroom lets you enjoy a small private terrace where with incredible sea, mountain and Fuengirola skyline views e. Welcome to to have breakfasts or dine and wine al fresco enjoying the sea views and sunsets behind the mountains.
There is a large terrace on the upper level. The terrace is equipped with sunbeds, garden furniture, BBQ and also lets you enjoy town and sea views or enjoy long family dinners.

An elevator takes you the level where communal swimming pool again with sea views is situated. From this level you can also access the garage. One parking space is included in the price. There are usually plenty of parking spaces in front of the building in case you need more.
