The apartment is located in the residential area of Sant Gervasi, well connected to the rest of the city. Just a few minutes from Avenida Diagonal, and with excellent public transport connections (buses and metro), you can easily access the main tourist attractions and shopping areas of Barcelona. Additionally, it is close to the neighborhoods of Gracia and Eixample, where you will find a wide variety of shops, bars, restaurants, and cafés.

Important Information:

Minimum Stay: 32 nights.
Payment Conditions: A 30% deposit is required when making the reservation (we do not accept American Express). The remaining 70% must be paid by bank transfer before entering the apartment or in cash at check-in.
Security Deposit: A security deposit will be charged by credit/debit card at check-in. The refund of the deposit will be processed within 7 to 14 business days.
Travel Crib (if requested): Price: 20 EUR/day. Availability must be requested 24-48 hours in advance.
Check-in Outside of Hours: Our check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM (Monday to Sunday). Outside of this time, there will be a 50 EUR fee payable in cash.
Tourist Tax: The applicable tourist tax in Barcelona will be charged.
Non-Smoking Policy: The apartment is completely smoke-free. Smoking inside will result in a fine of 400 EUR and possible immediate eviction.
No Parties or Meetings: Parties and meetings are not allowed in the apartment. In case of a complaint or police intervention, a fine of 400 EUR (in addition to any police fine) will be charged.
