From its 30 m² terrace, situated right in front of the "Clock," you can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of La Concha Bay, Santa Clara Island, and the Igeldo and Urgull mountains.

The residence comfortably accommodates up to ten people, featuring five double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. The living-dining room is a unique space with large windows and incorporates a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a spacious sofa, a dining table for ten, and a large-format Smart TV.
