Nice house with lots of natural light built on three floors.On the first floor there is a bedroom with double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and a balcony with sea views. On the same floor there is a second bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower.On the middle floor the space is open plan with a fully fitted kitchen, dining room, toilet, lounge and a terrace overlooking the pool.On the lower floor there is a bedroom with double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, laundry room, toilet, large living room and a patio with access to the pool.

At the back of the house there is another dining area with a barbecue.

The orientation is south, which allows us to have the sun at the front of the house practically all day long and leaves a cooler area at the back of the house.



At about 30 metres from the house there is a local bus stop, the street (with no exit) has parking, it is a quiet area.



Burriana beach, which is the most commercial beach in Nerja, is 2.4 km away.We have Transfer service.
