The holiday home is well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing time. Air conditioning in the bedrooms, electric heating throughout the house, double glazed windows with blinds and mosquito nets. TV with Spanish and international channels, wifi internet. Washing machine.
An attractive, large communal pool with stunning sea views and well maintained communal garden with several showers, lawns and Mediterranean plants. 
 
Quiet situation but close to supermarkets, bars, restaurants, bus station. The centre of the nearest village Vergel is only 5 km away, Els Poblets 6 km, Ondara and Pego 10 km, all charming villages with good infrastructure with supermarkets, pharmacies, doctors, bars, restaurants, shops. The beautiful town of Denia is only 13 km away.
 
The region of Denia on the Costa Blanca is an ideal place to spend your holidays at any time of the year. Mild Mediterranean climate, long sandy beaches and beautiful mountain scenery. Dénia offers a great infrastructure and a wide range of possibilities for your leisure time, marina, fish market, beautiful old town, as well as an excellent gastronomic offer, not forgetting its nightlife. The 20 km of beach have possibilities for all tastes, areas to practice different sports, surfing, sailing ...., beach bars, sunbathing areas, beautiful coves. Dénia is situated in the middle of Valencia and Alicante, the airports of both cities are only an hour's drive away.
