The apartment has a kitchen, a large dining room and 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom with a double bed and another with 2 beds, and a complete bathroom with a shower. The bed linen and bath towels are washed, sanitized and ironed in the laundry, as in hotels. We want you to feel at home :)



You can cook your favorite dishes in our fully equipped kitchen. You will not miss anything, dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine, ceramic hob, Thermomix cooking machine, oven, kettle, juicer, espresso machine, glasses, plates, toaster, microwave....

You will also have high-speed internet with free WIFI for those who need to stay connected and smart TV in case you want to watch your favorite series during your holidays.



The dining room is focused for rest. A comfortable armchair where you can take a nap after lunch and watch television and a spacious table where 4 people can eat comfortably. Dénia is one of the cities in Spain with the most moorings per inhabitant. Its nautical tourism attracts to its shores those who want to sail or row, kayak, paddle surf or jet ski.
