Nice house attached located in a very quiet area of ​​L'Escala. It is only 12 minutes walk from Riells beach, and the promenade. The house has two large private terraces, in front and behind the house. It also has a community pool, which is available ONLY during June to the end of September.

The Riells beach promenade offers a wide variety of shops, restaurants, entertainment venues for children, supermarkets, water activities, etc.

The house is divided into two floors. It consists of a room with a double bed, a room with a bunk bed, and a room with two single beds. Two bathrooms (both with a shower), large living-dining room with access to the front terrace, and American kitchen with access to the rear terrace. The terrace is equipped with barbecue and garden furniture. The garage is not available to park but there is the possibility of parking on the same street for free.

In the house can sleep 6 people, on double bed, junk bed and two singles. There is also the possibility of joining the neighboring house to accommodate two families.



Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (between € 200 and € 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.

Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.

Mandatory services: City tax 1€/guest/night (over 16 years old), towels (€11.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).

Optional services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in from 20:00.
