It is also close to several supermarkets, and public transportation by bus and tram to get around.
Ideal for families with children to enjoy the beach in an urban area with all services just a step away from the accommodation.
It has a room with a double bed and another with two single beds, a bathroom with a shower and a living-dining room with an integrated kitchen and a terrace.
The apartment consists of a room with a double bed of 140*200 cm, another room with two single beds of 90*200cm. A bathroom with a shower. A fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, this area is open to the living room where there is a sofa and two armchairs and in front of it is a piece of furniture where the television is and from the living room opening a large window we have the balcony equipped with a table and four wicker chairs. What all our guests agree on is that the apartment is comfortable and has everything you could need.

For stays equal to or less than 10 days, it will be considered Tourist Accommodation – Tourist Contract.

For stays longer than 10 days, it will be considered a seasonal rental in accordance with Decree Law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana, and a seasonal rental contract must be signed.
