Indoor and outdoor spaces flow seamlessly together thanks to the sliding glass doors – enjoy the calming ocean breeze while relaxing on the sofa in the living room or cooking in the modern, well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar.

Terrace



Views of the Basilica can be enjoyed from the south-facing terrace. With an inviting lounge chair, a dining table and four chairs, you can enjoy meals on the terrace any time of year.



Main bedroom



Ocean views can be enjoyed from the master bedroom, which has a double bed (135cm), built-in closets, a chest of drawers and a television mounted on the wall.



Twin bedroom



There are two twin beds (90cm), a nightstand, and a chest of drawers in the twin bedroom.



Bathroom



The bathroom has a walk-in shower, a toilet, a sink, and a washing machine. There is a step for small children, detergent for the washing machine and cleaning products should you need to use them.

Check-in / check-out



Our check-in time starts at 3 pm and check-out is by 11 am. To make things more convenient for you, we will provide you with a code to the lockbox so you can retrieve the keys and check yourself in any time after 3 pm.



Online check-in before arrival



As per the current vacation rental decree (Spanish law), we kindly ask all guests over the age of 18 to submit their IDs before arrival. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.



Towels, linen and professional cleaning



We take pride in ensuring that our villa is professionally cleaned to the highest standard before your arrival.



We provide high-quality white bed linen and towels, and we kindly ask that you use them with care. Please refrain from using them to wipe up spills or dirt, or to remove makeup. In the event of stained linen or towels, we reserve the right to charge a fee to replace them.



We provide one bath towel, one hand towel, one beach towel, and one cotton robe per guest, as well as one hand towel per bathroom. If you require a change of towels or bed linen during your stay of 7 days or more, please let us know, and we'll be happy to arrange this for you.



Mid-stay cleaning



If you would like mid-stay cleaning, we offer this service at €15 an hour (minimum 3 hours). Please send us a message if you would like us to arrange this for you.



Families



We warmly welcome families traveling with infants and offer a baby pack on request to help you travel lightly and comfortably. Our baby pack includes a travel cot with a bottom sheet and a highchair, available for €25 per reservation. Please let us know if you require this, and we'll be happy to assist you.



Remote working



If you plan to work remotely during your stay, we offer a 22-inch monitor with an HDMI cable for rent at €30. Please send us a message to request this, and we'll arrange it for you.



The local area - Candelaria



Candelaria is a bustling seaside town on the sunny southeast coast of Tenerife and is one of the most sought-after places to live by the locals.



Emblematic of local life on the island, you can find everything in Candelaria from independent boutique shops in the pedestrianized shopping street of Calle Los Príncipesto bars and restaurants for all tastes on the Avenida Maritima.



Enjoy an evening drink in the Plaza de la Patrona de Canarias with views of the famous Basilica.



There are plenty of beaches to choose from in Candelaria and neighboring Las Caletillas, which are connected by the promenade along Avenida Maritima.



You can find Playa del Alcalde, Playa El Fritzand Playa Olegario All within a short walk from the apartment.



Candelaria is located on the southeast coast, making it the perfect base to explore the entire island. Located between the pristine beaches of the south and the traditional and culturally rich north of the island, with its rich culinary heritage and lush green landscape.
