The apartment has several rooms. There is a lounge-dining room with doors leading to the terrace with a sofa-bed, TV, wooden square table and chairs, cupboards and lamp. Small kitchen equipped with fridge-freezer, vitroceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and tableware.

1 double bedroom with a double bed and 1 bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and washing machine. Bed linen and towels are provided.

On the terrace outside you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the area and its location. Outdoor dining area with table, chairs and awning.

Location

The apartment is located in a residential street of the Sant Carles area, very close to the Port de Llançà beach and the town centre.

Llançà has an excellent selection of beaches and small coves, and great walking and cycling routes which pass through the unique scenery which is very characteristic of the area. It also offers a wide variety of activities for everyone, making the town an ideal destination for enjoying a break in the Costa Brava with family or friends or as a couple.
