LA CALA VIEW 101, GOLF, JACUZZI, SAUNA:
VFT/MA/4849 This modern and comfortable apartment is located on the first floor in the Los Cortijos complex, part of

the gorgeous La Cala Golf Resort- this an impeccably maintained and gated complex with three swimming pools, one of

which has a snack bar during the bathing season. The complex also offers an outdoor jacuzzi with lounger area, as well

as indoor jacuzzi, sauna and gym (Jacuzzi, Sauna and Gym users must be at least 18 years old – complex rules).

There is 24h security, parking and lifts to all levels.

The apartment itself has been prepared and decorated with style and detail to ensure that you have everything you

need, it can accommodate 4 people in a spacious living area made up of the bedroom with wardrobe, bathroom with

bath
shower and full sized sofa bed, also a dining area and gallery kitchen.

The apartment has a generous terrace with glass curtains that can be closed to give a warm space in winter, and

opened to enjoy the sea breeze in summer. There is a patio heater, seating and dining furniture, all overlooking the

complex grounds, the mountains to one side and across to the sea and La Cala de Mijas below to the other side. You

will be captivated by the view.

The kitchen is fully equipped with electric hob, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and everything you

need for a self-catering stay:

- toaster

- kettle

- coffee machine (capsule)

- microwave oven

- dishwasher

- Towels and bed linen.

- washing machine

- hairdryer

- drying rack

There is hot and cold air conditioning throughout the property. Please use it responsibly: do not leave doors or windows

open when it is in use and do not leave it on when the apartment is empty. We reserve the right to restrict use if not

being used correctly.

The complex has free parking all around and is an easy drive to the charming town of La Cala de Mijas, where you will

find a large choice of bars and restaurants, supermarkets and market, beach board walk and often there are events and

shows available too.

Malaga airport is 32 km away. We do recommend renting a car (please see 'services' on sunproperty dot es for

information) though it is possible to walk to the golf club 10 minutes away.

For check-in after 22:30 there is an additional charge of 20 euros payable on arrival.Check-out time is 11.00am unless otherwise agreed.



Please note that the apartment is strictly no smoking and pets are not allowed in the community at any time.

There are signs on the apartment and terrace doors, please do not get locked out as it may result in needing a

locksmith callout and you may be liable for the cost.

Finally, it is our pleasure to work with Clubs For Hire com ; with their great service you can reserve golf equipement in

advance, have it delivered and collected from the apartment so you have hassle- free travel. Please ask for more

information.







Please note that by Decree for water-saving measures from December 2023, pools are currently not permitted to be topped up and gardens cannot be watered. This clearly will affect presentation of gardens and could affect pool usage, so we do ask you to be understanding of these exceptional circumstances.
