This apartment for six people is rented in l'Escala. It has fantastic views of the sea, it is a ten minute walk to Riells beach, an area for walking with restaurants and souvenirs. Ten minutes on the other side is the old town.

The accommodation is distributed on one floor, has a garden with a communal pool, and a terrace to eat outside.

The living-dining room has TV with French channels, with a sofa and an armchair, it also has internet. There is a table with six chairs to eat inside.

The kitchen is separate, fully equipped with appliances and utensils, it has a coffee maker with filters, a dishwasher, an oven and an exit to the outside.

This accommodation has two bedrooms: The main bedroom has a double bed (140 cm) and the second bedroom with two single beds. All beds offer bedding, duvets or blankets and pillows. There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower.

This accommodation has heating with electric radiators, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and clothesline with clips. In addition, it has a parking space in the community garage.



Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.

Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.

Mandatory services: City tax 1€/guest/night (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 11.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).

Optional services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in from 20:00.
