Apartment with three bedrooms and a bathroom. It is centrally located at calle Conteros, just 2 minutes walk from the Cathedral. Suitable for up to 5 guests.

The living room has a sofa, two armchairs, coffee table and TV. Dining table and chairs. The kitchen is well-equipped with utensils for cooking and main appliances, including: small fridge with a freezer partition, dishwasher, vitroceramic stove, microwave and washing machine.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed (150x190cm) and a large fitted wardrobe. Bedroom 2 has a double bed (140x200cm) and a large fitted wardrobe. Bedroom 3 has two single beds (90x200cm). The bathroom features a washbasin, toilet and a walk-in shower.

There is central air-conditioning (cooling / heating) and free wifi fiber optic internet connection.

The apartment belongs to a "casa palacio" built around a majestic central patio with a fountain, plants and a colonnade of arches. By facing internally the patio of the house (without windows to the street), the apartment is very quiet to rest and the temperature inside remains cooler in summer. Around the patio there are other neighboring apartments and it is necessary to avoid loud noises. The living space is ideal for 4 people (and very tight for five).

First floor, with elevator. There is a shared rooftop to dry clothes.
