So, you can enjoy your vacation at the wonderful furnished terrace, having breakfast alfresco or lunch under the awning. Then you can head to the beach and spend the day amid crystal-clear water.

Inside, this first floor, without a lift, surprises with an open plan combining the kitchen with the living room and dining room. You are sure to enjoy preparing your best recipes on the ceramic hob, eating or dining together and relaxing on the sofa with a good film on satellite television. There is air conditioning in this room and in the two bedrooms of the house. Both bedrooms have two single beds and one of them has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Both bedrooms have a wardrobe, space for a cot and high chair, and a terrace. There is a second bathroom with a bathtub for the entire house. Finally, there is a laundry room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Cala Sant Vicenç is a family residential coastal area near Pollença and located between the mountains. You will find a grocery shop and a couple of restaurants there.
