It is located in the building Costa Marina I on the fifth floor and its terrace faces south. The views from the terrace will enchant you, you will simply keep unforgettable moments in your memory.

During the months of June, July and August, the flat has private WIFI.

It has two double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, equipped with a double bed and two single beds. For your comfort, you have two complete bathrooms, one with shower and the other with bathtub.

The living-dining room is equipped with a sofa bed for two people, flat screen TV and air conditioning with hot and cold pump with a Split. This area is connected to the terrace through a sliding door.

When booking the flat you will have the right to a parking space in the basement of the building.

The building has a communal swimming pool with an area for adults and children and a fun playground. From this area you will have direct access to the beach, just 50 metres away.

In the same street you will find pharmacy, cafeteria, restaurant and chill out.
