Spacious house with garden, pool, rest area, barbecue, 50 meters from the beach and the promenade. It is located in the heart of Calella, next to the main street with many shops, bars and restaurants. The train station that goes directly to Barcelona is a 5-minute walk away. The house has 3 bedrooms with A/C, a loft with a games area and a beautiful terrace where you can sunbathe or enjoy a delicious meal or barbecue by the pool.
The house is fully furnished and equipped. Each room has air conditioning and heating. There are 3 double beds and 4 single beds with the possibility of adding an extra bed. It also has 3 independent bathrooms (1 on each floor).
The house is perfect for families or groups of friends, where everyone finds privacy and tranquility. In addition, the spacious terrace with sofas, sun loungers and the pool and barbecue area is ideal to enjoy during the day and relax on summer afternoons. For the little ones there is a play area in the attic with table football and darts.
The house is located in the heart of the town. Next to the beach, the center and the train station. It is not necessary to use a car or any public transport.
There is free parking on the beach, right next to the house.
We offer all our guests a concierge service and a wide range of activities such as bicycle rental, cooking classes, private chef, boat rental, transfers, excursions and much more.
The rental price includes:
