Enjoy the best vacation of your life in this gorgeous chalet. It offers a refreshing private chlorine pool of 10 x 4 meters that has a depth of 2.2 to 0.6 meters. The cozy garden is the perfect place to sunbathe, enjoy a delicious barbecue or relax on the outdoor sofas after a day at the beach. The villa is located within a wonderful urbanization where you can mingle with the residents in the different swimming pools and shared facilities areas.

The 2-story stylish boasts light and comfort. On the main floor we find the modern living-dining room with Smart TV. The separate kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob. A toilet completes this floor. The first floor features the 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a bathtub; another with a double bed and the last one with twin beds. There is a single folding bed for the extra guest. Another bathroom with a shower and a bathtub completes the first floor. The house is equipped with ducted air conditioning, washing machine, iron, ironing board, and a cot and high chair if you are travelling with your baby.

The accommodation is located about 2 kilometers from Playa Riviera, a beautiful dark sand beach with beach bars and other services where you can also go scuba diving or snorkeling. It is perfect to enjoy the sea with the family. The area has all the necessary services for an independent stay. In addition, the nearby golf courses ensure a different day of fun.

The capacity of this property is 6 + 1 guests. The base rate covers 6 guests; for each additional guest, an extra charge will apply. If the booking does not include payment for these 1 additional guests, the extra beds may not be prepared or available for use.
