About This Property
House with private pool located in a very quiet residential area just 3.5 km from the beautiful Canyelles beach, 4 km from the centre of Lloret de Mar and 6 km from Tossa de Mar, one of the most charming towns on the Costa Brava. This house is ideal for enjoying a family holiday on the Costa Brava!
Maximum capacity for 13 people.
Outdoor area of 800 m2 with private pool (9.5x4.5m), large covered terrace with table and chairs where you can enjoy breakfasts and meals with mountain views, barbecue area and swings for children.
Interior area of 170 m2 distributed over 2 floors. Main floor with living-dining room (tv, fireplace) with access to terrace with beautiful mountain views, kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, gas cooker, washing machine, coffee maker), 2 double bedrooms (135x185cm) and 1 single bedroom (80x190cm) and bathroom with bathtub. The upper floor, exactly the same, except for the bedrooms, which are distributed as: 1 double bedroom and 2 triple bedrooms (bunk beds + trundle bed (80x180cm)). 2 lovely terraces.

Parking for 3 cars with inclined ramp.
- Pets accepted upon prior request and with a supplement of €35/week/pet, and the deposit will be in cash and will be returned a week later by bank transfer.
Young people upon request.
Cala Canyelles is a beautiful cove on the Costa Brava that stands out for its clear and crystalline water. Umbrellas and sunbeds can be rented, as well as activities such as pedal, parasailing, water skiing and kayaking. You can also taste typical Mediterranean food such as fish and paellas in the beach restaurants. Tossa de Mar is a charming walled medieval town with a beautiful castle, excellent restaurants and lovely beaches.
Regulations and special deposit for young people:
A cash deposit of €150/person for houses and €75/person for apartments must be paid. This will be returned one week after the client's departure once it has been verified that the property is in perfect condition. Celebrations and making noise after 22:00h are strictly prohibited. In the event of non-compliance with any of these premises, the client must leave the property without the right to any type of refund.

The check-in and check-out will be carried out at our office in Lloret: Av. Vila de Tossa, no. 80 Lloret de Mar (Girona)

Upon arrival, it will be necessary to pay the tourist tax (7 euros/adults) which is mandatory according to the Catalan Government.
