It consists of a living room with tv and direct access to a large terrace of 25m2 where you will be able to enjoy breakfasts in the sun. Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, ceramic hob, microwave, oven and washing machine). There are also 1 double bedroom, 2 bedrooms with two single beds in each, 1 bathroom with bathtub and 1 bathroom with shower.

No youth groups.

This property is only rented to families. Reservations of young people under 35 years of age are not allowed.

Pets are allowed on request and with supplement.
