It is a house divided into 3 completely independent apartments, where the second floor without a lift corresponds to this attic of 50 m2 with a furnished terrace with sea views and another terrace at the back.



Dining room with satellite TV, fireplace and direct access to the terrace. Open kitchen with all utensils included: cutlery, frying pans, fridge, microwave, toaster, oven and washing machine.



The main bedroom has a double bed (150x190cm) and the second bedroom has 2 single beds (90x190cm). It has a bathroom with a shower.



Optional heating (50 €/week).



Optional WiFi (£30/week).



Parking exterior included in the price.



Pets are not allowed



Apartment only for families. No bookings accepted for young people under 35 years old.

The check-in and check-out will be carried out in our Llafranc office located at C/xaloc 5. Llafranc



Tourist tax



Upon arrival, it will be necessary to pay the tourist tax (7 euros/adults) which is mandatory according to the Catalan Government.
