It has a living-dining room (TV + double sofa bed (130x180cm) with direct access to the terrace, complete kitchen (microwave, washing machine, ceramic hob, washing machine), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190cm) and 1 bathroom with shower.

Air conditioning and heat pump optional with supplement: €50/week.

Young people not accepted.

This property is only for families. No bookings for young people under 35 years old are accepted.

The check-in and check-out will be carried out at our office in Lloret: Av. Vila de Tossa, no. 80 Lloret de Mar (Girona)

Upon arrival, it will be necessary to pay the tourist tax (7 euros/adults) which is mandatory according to the Catalan Government.
