Cosy apartment located in Lloret de Mar, a short distance from Fanals beach and the centre. The apartment is small, but very cosy and family-friendly. It is situated in a residential area with a garden and communal swimming pool.



The apartment is on the ground floor and is distributed in an open living-dining area (sofa bed) open to the kitchen (ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, oven) with access to the terrace. In addition to a double bedroom (double bed) and bathroom with bathtub (washing machine).



The terrace has garden furniture to enjoy wonderful afternoons sunbathing and marvellous dinners al fresco.



Air conditioning available as an option (extra price in case of use 30€/week).



Youth groups not accepted.



This property is only for families. Bookings from young people under 35 years old are not accepted.



Check-in and check-out



The check-in and check-out will be carried out at our office in Lloret: Av. Vila de Tossa, no. 80 Lloret de Mar (Girona)



Tourist tax



Upon arrival, it will be necessary to pay the tourist tax (7 euros/adults) which is mandatory according to the Catalan Government.
