Home Select International offers you this beautiful villa for rent (completely renovated in 2021), located on a wide canal on the south side (protected from the Tramuntana). The villa is single-storey and has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, 4 of which are en suite. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with a large LED TV and also have enough space to easily place a travel cot. Naturally, all bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning units, which can also be switched to heating mode.To ensure the house can be used year-round, it also has oil central heating.
The 900 m² plot is fully fenced and divided into different terrace and garden areas. In front of the house there is space to safely park 2 cars. Next to a beautifully landscaped garden with an old olive tree, there is a small terrace with seating and an electric awning, perfect for enjoying the sunset or mountain views. From the living-dining room, as well as from the two large bedrooms, you can access the spacious pool terrace. In a sheltered area right outside the living room, there is a large seating area for 10 people with an electric awning, ideal for dining outdoors.The pool terrace and the large saltwater pool are in the sun all day long, and there are plenty of sun loungers around the pool.
A few steps down you’ll find another well-kept garden area with large lemon trees, leading to a built, covered pavilion with a seating area for 6 people and a stainless-steel charcoal barbecue.
Another garden and terrace area is located directly on the canal side, along the 20-meter mooring.
The house can be walked all around, and some areas can be separated thanks to installed gate doors.
Upon entering the house, on the left side there is a bathroom with shower, WC, and sink, and next to it a bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190 cm) and air conditioning.To the right of the entrance is an air-conditioned double en-suite bedroom (bed 140x190 cm) with a large bathroom with shower and bathtub.Further on the right side is another spacious, air-conditioned en-suite bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm), TV, and shower bathroom, offering views of the pool terrace and the canal. There is enough space here for a travel cot.
The open-plan kitchen, connected to the living room, is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, American fridge, microwave, ceramic hob, and breakfast bar.Next to the kitchen is a utility room with washing machine and dryer.The living room is furnished with a large dining table, coffee table, two sofas, fireplace, TV with international channels, and air conditioning.On the left side of the living room there is another en-suite bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed, air conditioning, and shower bathroom.Also on the left side, with access to the pool terrace, there is another large air-conditioned en-suite bedroom with a 180x200 cm bed, TV, and bathroom, with views of the canal, garden, and pool terrace.
All bathrooms have windows and are filled with natural light.
This house also offers the possibility of renting a motorboat directly from the owner at favorable rates, provided you hold a valid boating license. We can arrange the contact for you.
