Further inside, you’ll discover a bright open-plan space, thanks to the large windows leading to the terrace. The open kitchen is equipped with a breakfast bar and four stools, and includes an oven, coffee maker, kettle, refrigerator, dishwasher, freezer, and washing machine. In the dining area, there is a table with four chairs, perfect for enjoying pleasant meals together.
The living room is furnished with two sofas, a coffee table, and a television. From here, you can access a large terrace with a table and six chairs, protected by an awning, where you can relax and enjoy the garden views, as well as direct access to the communal lawn, swimming pool, and Lake Sant Maurici.
On the left side of the dining area, there is a second bedroom with a double bed (150 x 190) and a full bathroom with bathtub. This bedroom also has direct access to the terrace.
