THE HOUSE

The Air Conditioning:
You will have an air conditioning system in the house. You can regulate the house temperature from a single control and forget about turning the air conditioning on and off.

The Bedrooms:
- One double bedroom with a large double bed, AIR CONDITIONING, safe, private bathroom, and wardrobe.
- Two double bedrooms with single beds, wardrobes, and AIR CONDITIONING in both.

The Two Bathrooms:
- An en-suite bathroom (inside the double bedroom), which includes a bathtub, bidet, toilet, sink, and a large mirror.
- A second bathroom with bathtub, toilet, and mirror.
- Both bathrooms have a ventilation window to the garden.

The Kitchen:
- Equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee machine, Italian coffee maker (screw type), blender (hand blender), toaster, kitchen utensils, and cookware. (Includes paella pan)
- IMPORTANT: We do NOT provide oil, salt, and pepper.

The Living Room:
- The living room is equipped with a 55" TV, wifi (throughout the house), 2 three-seater sofas, a dining table for 6 guests, and an outdoor terrace with another outdoor table for 6 people.

The Pool:
- Large swimming pool. Remember that it is mandatory for young children to always be accompanied by adults.
- The pool is surrounded by a large sunbathing area with loungers and garden furniture.

The BBQ:
- It's a huge built-in barbecue located in the pool area.
- It has a large preparation area and utensils for grill enthusiasts.


THE AREA

SA CALETA
It's the nearest beach to the house, a very peaceful place with a small beach bar and a beautiful diving area!

CLOT DE SA CERA
Clot de sa cera is a rocky bathing area, just 50 meters from the house. It's a spectacular place where you can swim by accessing the sea through a pool ladder located in the rocks or jump from rocks ranging between 1m and 4m in height.

CALA SANTANDRIA
Located 400 meters away, it's an ideal area for families with children. You can dine in several restaurants with sea views, take walks visiting the Santandría watchtower, and much more!

CIUTADELLA
At 5km is Ciutadella, the most beautiful city in all of Menorca. You can't miss it!

SERVICES:

- KEY DELIVERY through a safety box. Within 24/48h, we will meet to sign the check-in form and pay the tourist tax. . - 24h TELEPHONE ASSISTANCE for any issues related to accommodation or your vacation. .
- CLEANING SERVICE upon your arrival and departure for 7-night bookings. For longer stays, we offer additional cleaning services. .
- BED LINEN AND TOWELS provided for each person included in the booking. .
- FREE WIFI suitable for browsing and leisure, as long as extensive bandwidth is not required. .
- PERSONALIZED RECOMMENDATIONS Miguel will provide you with all the information you need.

TOURIST TAX:

To cater to your interests, we have NOT included the TOURIST TAX in the price, which all guests visiting Menorca must pay, as the platform does not differentiate the cost according to the number of nights. In Menorca, from the eighth night onwards, you get a 50% discount. Therefore, we offer you the exact amount so that you don't have to pay a single extra euro.
