The terrace has a plastic table and chairs so you can have breakfast outdoors while watching the sea.
In the common areas there is a swimming pool open from June to September, with separation for adults and children, footbaths and a fun playground. You have direct access to the lawn area and then to the beach of Marina d'Or, which is only 50 metres from the building.
The location of this flat stands out, as it is right next to the access to the Marina D'Or Gardens, a spectacular park with lakes, vegetation and animals that will delight young and old alike.
