Nice and cozy house located on the beach of Malgrat de Mar, with direct access from the garden. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with 3 showers and 2 sinks). The house is located right next to the multiple bars, restaurants but in a very quiet area with a lot of privacy.
The garden has a barbecue area, tables, chairs and beds for sunbathing and relaxing by the sea.
It is not a luxury house! If you are looking for luxury it is not your home. If you are looking for tranquility, nature, being able to enjoy the beach and the garden, we will be happy to host you :)
The space
If you love the beach and the sea, you are looking for a quiet place but close to everything, this is your home. Being able to wake up in the morning, open the garden gate and go directly to the beach is priceless!
In the surroundings there is a wide range of leisure activities, theme parks, gardens and an excellent gastronomic offer.
Services and common areas
The house has parking for 1 car. In addition, there is a free public parking right next to it.
To move around the area you do not need any transport. The town center is just across the street. A few minutes walk away is the train station, which goes directly to Barcelona or Blanes.
We offer all our guests a concierge service and a wide range of activities such as bicycle rental, cooking classes, private chef, boat rental, transfers, excursions and much more.
