Villa

The Villa has the charm of a typical Mallorcan house built on a single floor and very bright. It has 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The outdoor area has a porch where you can relax or enjoy a wonderful meal prepared on the barbecue next to the porch. The 8 x 4 m swimming pool governs the terrace area where we can sunbathe in the comfortable hammocks and enjoy the wonderful views available. Just 300 meters away there is a restaurant with the same name as the villa. All this in a natural setting and a peaceful atmosphere in the quiet area of Son Fe, a short drive from the historic center of Alcúdia, the famous town of Pollença and the beaches of Puerto de Alcúdia. A perfect place to explore the north of the island that offers, in addition to the sandy beaches and the sea, a large number of outdoor activities, shops, restaurants, bars ... all year round.



Distribution:

The house, with more than 130 square meters on one floor, is a large building that faces the mountains. It has 3 double rooms, one with a double bed and the other two with two single beds each. There are 2 complete bathrooms with shower, one of them en suite. The kitchen is fully equipped, next to it there is a spacious living room with a sofa, a flat-screen TV with satellite and Wi-Fi, and a large terrace with beautiful views.

Outside, the garden area of more than 2000 square meters has a variety of fruit trees, a saltwater pool, sun loungers and a barbecue. Everything you need for an idyllic vacation with friends or family.

Note 1. Final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit as long as the use of the house is reasonable.

Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be €15 per person per day.

Note 3. Check-out time is 10:00. If a later check-out is possible, it is always subject to availability and will cost 90 € until 13:00 and 160 € until 16:00.

Note 4. Free entry to the accommodation with our agency staff until 10 pm, €30 (10 pm–midnight) or €50 (after midnight). There is also the option of free self-check-in with a staff welcome the next day.

Note 5. On the Balearic Islands, all hotels/ tourist accommodations have the obligation of charging the guests over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is then transferred to Local Authorities.
