SHORT-TERM RENTAL.Ideal apartment for travelers who want to feel at home in the city of Madrid, living like any other local.

It is located on a very quiet street, without bars and with little traffic as it is restricted to residents. There are traditional shops and fresh product markets just a few meters away, as well as a Carrefour open 24 hours. It is right in the center of Madrid in the 'Lavapiés-Embajadores' neighborhood, next to the famous 'Art Triangle.'
There are three metro stations very close by: Atocha, Antón Martín, and Lavapiés. Nearby streets have public parking available by the hour or day. A ten-minute walk takes you to Atocha station and to the Airport Express 24h bus stop, which connects the airport with central Madrid.

It has two levels with a bedroom separate from the rest of the spaces. You enter the apartment directly from the street through a secure, gated door into the bright living-dining room with high ceilings, where there is a double sofa bed, a desk, a shelving unit, TV, and other amenities such as high-speed Wi-Fi.

The kitchen is separate but connected to the living room through an open space, which also provides access to the bathroom and the staircase (wide and comfortable with eight steps) leading to the bedroom, which has two windows overlooking the living room and a 1.5-meter double bed.

Heating and hot water are electric. In the summer months, there is air conditioning on the ground floor and a fan in the bedroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, large refrigerator, and small appliances. There is also a washing machine.

This is a short-term rental for work trips, business, studies, healthcare, family visits, cultural and sports reasons......

In compliance with current regulations in Spain, it will be necessary to sign the corresponding contract that reflects the temporary nature of the accommodation with the conditions agreed upon in the booking, showing a passport or ID upon arrival.
