The property has two houses. The main house has two floors. On the ground floor there is the living room with comfortable sofas, TV and fireplace, a dining room with a large dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with double bed (150 x 190 cm) and a bathroom with bathtub. Upstairs there is a bedroom with two single beds (90 x 190 cm) and a bathroom. For the winter months there is central heating.

Next to the pool is the guest house for two people. It has a living-dining room, a bathroom with shower and on the upper floor a bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 190cm).



Located at 500m from the historical centre of Alcúdia, very close to all services, being able to access on foot to supermarkets, shops, restaurants, visit its beautiful streets, the bi-weekly market, the surrounding wall or the roman city of Pollentia. The beautiful beaches of Barcarès, San Joan and Sant Pere are only 2.5 km away, being very close to a total of 8 beaches.



- Eco-tax: €2.00 per person (from 16 years old) per night from May to October and €0.50 per person (from 16 years old) per night from November to April to be paid on arrival.

- Electricity cost: 0,40 € Kw/h according to consumption.

- Heating cost: 1.1 €/ l of diesel according to consumption.

- Deposit of 500 € to be paid on arrival. To be returned on departure.

- The client is not entitled to a refund once he/she has arrived at the finca.
