Apartment

The apartment consists of a living / dining room, kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, hob, extractor and dishwasher. Master bedroom with double bed and fitted wardrobes with mirrors. The second bedroom has 2 single beds. In both bedrooms there are ceiling fans. 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bath and washing machine. The apartment has hot / cold air conditioning throughout the house.

The apartment has 2 terraces, one in front and one in the garden by the pool area. The terrace is equipped with a table and chairs. The garden is over 100 meters and has a private swimming pool, artificial grass and a direct access door.

The urbanization Paraíso de Vera Playa, has green areas and a community pool for adults and children. There is an elevator in the building. Several bars and restaurants at 150m and a large supermarket at about 800m.

All a few meters from the beaches of Cala Marqués, and Playazo de Vera.

Stays up to 21 days : A reasonable electrcity consumption of up to 10 KW /day is included in your reservation. Excess consumption will be charged extra.

Stays over 21 days as well as all stays Out of Season : Electricity is not included and will be charged in full according to comsumption. There is a meter/counter in the appartment for your monitoring.
