The accommodation has a fully equipped living-kitchen with coffee maker, toaster, oven, microwave, refrigerator, kitchen utensils and television. From the private terrace, pleasant views of the pool and the sea can be enjoyed, a perfect place to relax.



It has a bedroom with a double bed and a single sofa bed in the common area, allowing a maximum occupancy of 3 people (adults or adults with children), without supplement up to 2 people. The bathroom has a shower tray, hair dryer, gel and shampoo. In an external room you will find the washing machine, ironing board and iron.



Bed linen and towels (including pool towels) are included, with changes every 10 days for long stays. Air conditioning and fan guarantee comfort at any time of the year.



The location is ideal: just 400 m from Playa Grande and the main avenue, where bars, restaurants and shops are concentrated. Despite being close to everything, the environment is quiet and noise-free. Free parking available on the street.
