Recommended for 4 people, this apartment offers all the comforts for a wonderful stay of relaxation and joy. With a beautiful design style in wood and light colors, it provides harmony to the environment so that you feel comfortable.
This beautiful apartment has two bedrooms, the main one is located on the upper floor, it has a double bed, nightstands on both sides, air conditioning, a clothes rack and above the bed there is a wonderful skylight that provides warm light during the day. The second bedroom also has a double bed, drawers, and a clothes hanger.
Also here we offer a comfortable kitchen that includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, water heater, toaster, and complete dishes. The kitchen has a breakfast bar and is widely illuminated. Next to the kitchen, we have a table with comfortable seats and padded chairs to enjoy delicious meals, it also has a small cellar on the wall for your wines. In this space we also have the living room, there we have an 'L' sofa in front of a SmartTV, a coffee table, and a fireplace to heat the environment during the cold months.
The bathroom has a single sink with a mirror and storage space underneath, in front is the toilet, and next to it is the bathtub with a shower and also a hose.
Finally, the patio has a set of outdoor furniture, including a small table for four people and a small sofa for two people. This private patio has direct access to the complex's common patio with direct access to the tennis court.
This urbanization also has a swimming pool and community parking.

The €500 deposit must be paid 3 days before the check-in date and it’s returned 3 days after the check-out date.

*We will be waiting for you to give you the keys. Check-in is available from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. After 9 pm there’s an additional charge of 40€ until 11 pm, and 60€ until 00hs. Outside these hours, please ask us for availability and rates. Please let us know your arrival time 24 hours in advance to make sure that someone will be waiting for you and you can enter the apartment. If you arrive one hour later than the scheduled time, there will be a surcharge of €25.
*We do not accept groups of teenagers or minor guests unaccompanied by adults. The minimum age to reserve is 25 years.
*Sheets and towels are included in the rate. We provide towels only for the number of guests, if you need more they will have an additional cost. We do not provide beach towels.
*Transfer to and from the airport available, check availability and costs.
* Please check pool availability for the chosen dates.
*Your stay with us includes one basic cleaning. In case the apartment is too dirty after your departure, there will be a surcharge of €24.20 per hour.
