It has a spacious bedroom with a double bed (135 cm), a living room with a sitting area equipped with a flat screen TV (receiver with satellite channels for foreign channels) and a dining area. Independent kitchen with all kinds of appliances, washing machine, fridge, toaster, microwave oven, hob and all kinds of kitchen utensils. Also a nice outdoor terrace where you can have breakfast or dinner outdoors.
Maximum accommodation capacity: 2 people. It is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms.
The building is located in a private area, which has a seasonal communal pool.
