Villa Medina is a stunning villa which is superbly located in a gated community on a quiet residential street in the popular area of Torrenueva, La Cala de Mijas.

This is at walking distance (5 mins) from the sandy beach and promenade, multiple restaurants and shops. It’s only a very short drive to the center of La Cala or Fuengirola. Only 20 kilometres from Marbella and 25 minutes drive from Malaga airport. There are plenty of shopping options nearby. The big supermarkets; Lidl, Carrefour and Mercadona are just 3 to 5 minutes drive away. It’s also golf lovers’ heaven with more than 5 great golf courses in a range of only 2 km. The villa is within easy access of all the amenities yet away from all the crowds, it also offers amazing views.

The house is divided over three levels; The rooftop terrace with its big solarium and breathtaking view over the beautiful garden with palm trees, exotic plants and the

Mediterranean sea in the background. You can have breakfast here or sunbath more privately, away from the kids at the pool, while enjoying a view from Gibraltar

up to the Moroccan coastline at the horizon. If you want to refresh yourself between two sunbathing sessions, there is an outside shower here just for that purpose.

The main level boasts a large open fully equipped kitchen in a huge living room where a large table lets you comfortably sit 12 adults. The same living room features

a large sofa, ideal for relaxing evenings with friends and family or a movie night with the kids. Step outside from here and you are at the private pool which’s perfect orientation means it is in the sun all day long. You can enjoy the sunbeds while people that want to sit in the shade can relax at the covered side of the terrace.

Both the pool and the terrace enjoy the same sea view. Practicality was key when designing this house, with an outside shower and separate toilet at this level again to show for it. A barbecue is available as well, which combined with the covered terrace means relaxed long cozy evenings outside are guaranteed almost all year long. It’s created this way to maximally enjoy thewarm evening wind of the Mediterranean Sea.



The soft colours and the multiple large windows flood these spaces in natural light while letting you enjoy the magnificent surroundings of this property from every

room in the house. Last but not least on this floor is the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom.



The other three bedrooms are positioned on the lower floor. Each of them with an ensuite bathroom and direct access to another nice terrace. All three bedrooms are

very spacious and full of natural light. The numerous practical closets mean you can easily store your luggage and make yourself right at home, organizing your stay.
