Located in one of the best locations in the resort to enjoy watching other golfers playing on the Golf Course! This well appointed 2 bedroom 2 bath self-catering villa has everything you need to enjoy your next Holiday. This is a beautiful place to enjoy the sun all day long as well as wonderful westerly sunsets. San Andres Resort has three pools, one that is heated and a children’s pool. The patio area has sunbeds, chairs and umbrellas for your use.

Bedroom 1 features a king-size bed, fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers, ceiling fan and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has two single beds, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, Ceiling fan and patio doors with shutters that opens to the terrace.

The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need. You will have a washing machine, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, electric cook-top and an oven. This Villa has a beautiful terrace to enjoy fantastic sunsets! The terrace is complete with a stone chimney barbecue area and a table and chairs and is not overlooked by neighbouring villas. Total privacy. The dining area on the terrace has a table and chairs to seat six (6) people comfortably. The living area boasts a large sofa that can fold out for more comfort. A coffee table, CD stereo player and a large television with satellite channels complete the room. Large patio doors lead to the spacious terrace.

There is a Children's park onsite, tennis court, excursion shop, beauty salon and a hairdressing salon. The Golf Clubhouse is just a 5 min walk away from the resort where you can hire golf clubs, buggy hire and lots more.

A 15 minute walk away is San Blas Commercial Centre that has supermarkets, restaurants. bars with live entertainment, hairdressers, gift shops and much more!

Also a 15 minute walk away is the seafront of San Blas which has a beautiful new wooden walkway to the local village of Los Abrigos that has many fish restaurants.

Parking is available on the resort at €5.50 per day. We recommend booking this as soon as you book your stay with us as parking is very limited!
